Mrs. Sharmistha Solanki : is a Secretary cum founder of Grow India, with a strong educational foundation, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work from M S University. Her academic background has equipped her with a deep understanding of human behaviour and a compassionate approach to addressing social challenges. Mrs. Solanki brings over 12 years of progressive experience in the field, focusing on health, livelihood, water, and sanitation management. Her expertise and commitment have contributed to the successful implementation of numerous projects that have positively impacted communities across Gujarat, India. Her commitment to creating a positive impact in the lives of people and the environment is at the core of Grow India’s endeavours.

Mr. Mahesh Dave is an Executive cum co-founder of Grow India, bringing a wealth of diverse experience in various sectors at the grassroot level. With his passion for social development and sustainable solutions, he has been instrumental in driving positive change in areas such as health, education, livelihood, skill development, and environment conservation. As an Executive cum Co-founder of Grow India, he continues to drive the organization’s mission forward with his passion, expertise, and dedication. His visionary leadership and ability to navigate complex social challenges have positioned Grow India as a catalyst for positive change and sustainable development. 

Ms. Aditi Ranjan is dedicated public health professional and engaged in improving community health and well-being since 17years. She has rich background of science and has done post graduate in public health from IIHMR university, Bengaluru India. She has also done bachelors in fine art and very creative and innovative. Their work focusses on Adolescent reproductive and Sexual Health, Nutrition, Family planning, counselling, gender related issues and research. Aditi Ranjan’s collaborative approach and dedication to health promotion have made a trusted voice in the public health community. She has presented her Adolescent project’s achievement in Senegal, Africa in International Family Planning Conference. She has worked with State Governments of Gujarat, Bihar, Jharkhand and Rajasthan in India and also having experience with working International NGO.
